Wedding on Lovrijenac Fortress

Augustus MMX A.D.

Prelude

After a turbulent time, a number of fates and the stories told within the monumental walls... Or better: since 1952. when it was first played Hamlet here, fort lives its new life in the service of art and creation. Shakespeare's Macbeth, Richard II and III, King Lear, performances of Euripides, Pirandello, Moliere, Brecht...

...A part of the magic story of Lovrijenac...

...were Gaby and Wayne, our newlyweds and their guests, who held the wedding reception at the Fort of Lovrijenac.

Inspired by the particular

...history and architecture, Wayne, our groom, at one point of the wedding dinner took the microphone in his hand and with a perfect voice sang to his beloved in the style of Frank Sinatra. It was definitely the most romantic scene which I (Kike, but also Anita and Veronica and Ivana) saw at weddings in Dubrovnik this season.
Well done Wayne, you're our idol :-).

Tip

Try to settle with number of your wedding guests between 60 and 150 - it's ideal.
